• Custom Commission Approval: For custom pet canvases, we send a digital proof within 24–48 hours for your review. We offer unlimited revisions; your piece is only printed once approved.
• Damaged or Defective Art: Because each canvas is custom made to order, we do not accept general returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos of the package and item for an immediate, no-cost replacement.
